AgentLevier is a digital marketplace operated by Polsia. We sell tested skill packs at $0.99 each. A “skill pack” is a structured JSON object — a system prompt, instructions, workflow steps, and reference data — designed to be injected into an AI agent’s system prompt.
Once a Stripe payment completes — via POST /api/purchase or GET /api/packs/checkout/:slug — the buyer may install the JSON into their own agents or the agents of their employer for production use. You may not:
Resell or sublicense the JSON verbatim, in whole or in part, as a stand-alone product. Redistribute skill packs as a competing catalogue. Strip our branding from the JSON and rebadge it as a third-party catalogue.
You may modify the JSON for use inside your own agent, share modifications inside your own organisation, and embed the workflow steps inside prompts you write.
Every skill pack is a digital good delivered at the moment of payment, so by default it is non-refundable. As a practical matter, we offer a no-questions refund within 30 days of purchase — email agentlevier@polsia.app with the email you used at checkout and we will reverse the charge. Because the Stripe processing fee on a $0.99 pack is generally not recoverable from Stripe, we waive any net loss in practice and refund what you actually paid.
Skill packs are provided “as is” with no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or commercial outcome. Testing the JSON against your own stack and use case is the buyer’s responsibility. The refund guarantee above on the landing page (“Full refund if it doesn’t work in your stack. Contact agentlevier@polsia.app”) is the consumer-facing mirror of this clause.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. For material changes — anything that affects your rights, refund eligibility, or acceptable use — we will email active drip subscribers at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of AgentLevier after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
